“It's sometimes hard to catch this shop when it's open BUT, it's worth waiting! I've purchased 2 bikes from this shop and both have been perfect transactions! The first bike was for myself and I saved well over $200 compared to the shops in Kettering. The next was a smaller/cheaper bike for my young son. He didn't have it on location but, offered to bring it in from his local warehouse the following day so I could see it. EXACTLY what I was looking for...and better price, for a better bike, than Walmart. After we got it home, we noticed the rear tire would slowly go down over a day or 2. Took it back up and asked if he could replace the tube. A few minutes later, it was fixed and he wouldn't allow me to pay for the repair. FINALLY...a business that still cares about the customer! In short, do yourself a favor and wait to catch this shop when it's open! If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask! The owner will definitely do everything he can to try and help you out.”

“Troy in Service is helpful, honest, and thorough. I called him every other day for way too long (he was always friendly and patient with my persistent phone calls,) because our Cub Cadet mower has been a hunk of junk since we bought it brand new 19 months ago. Bane Welker is the "authorized service center" closest to me. Unfortunately we have had to take it there 4 or 5 times now. No fault of theres. Just this machine is not impressive at this price range. We have had some stumbling blocks with Bane Welker Equipment, but overall very personal, friendly service!! Which I appreciate VERY much and helps me be more patient with parts delivery, warranty hoops they had to jump through, etc. If your tractor or mower needs service, this place has fair prices and gets it done in a timely manner considering the lack of workers and drivers nationwide. Next they have great customer service. I brought a beautiful dress and loved it, however the bottom did not drape the way I wanted it to. I called the store and spoke to the owner (Elizabeth) who said she would order me another dress. Sever days later, she called back and said they were out of stock.
