I ordered from another farm before and the packages were not tightly sealed and when defrosting leaked everywhere. This is very important. I had questions about the cuts and sent an email. The address gets you straight to the shipper however you will see a big poster on the gate that shows you how to get to the opposite side of the building to get unloaded. Don’t panic. Just be aware of that. My experience with this warehouse is excellent. the security guy was helpful also my Appointment was the next morning however I got there the day before 3:30pm and they unloaded me very fast.”

No reason this shouldn’t be an average 4.5 stars or higher The process was simple, they communicate with you very well when your order is getting ready to be processed, scheduled and then ready for pickup. Okay let’s level set these negative reviews now… I’m sure this is something Camden Locker would like to say but can’t in good spirit of being a business owner. But since I’m a customer I say it. This is my problem with people leaving negative reviews here. And for context I’m a 35 yr old dad of 2 that lives in a suburb if Cincinnati that learned about getting beef this way over the past 3 years. I’m not sure why people feel compelled to write negative reviews especially for a small business. Those who complain are not sensibly considering the 3 types of weight Live, Hanging, and Packaged. Understand that process and have realistic expectations of the amount of beef to expect. There are several variables that change the yield, it’s not an exact science. If you are unable to research, ask questions and clarify what you are getting than you may be better off just buying your meats from Kroger. Sure nobody or process is perfect but if something isn’t right or as you expected, just pick up the phone or heck! talk to someone face to face. You’d be surprised how much more enjoyable life is compared to spending your time ranting on a google review trying to defame a small business because you had a bad day. Keep on keepin on Camden Locker don’t let the digital Karens (no offense actual Karens) of this world slow you down.”
