“I just had to share this: My son’s birthday was today (Sunday) and yesterday (Saturday night) I called to order an ice cream cake. The girl told me they needed 24hr notice in order to have it ready in the morning. “Company policy.” And also they were short staffed as-is. But after we chatted back and forth she said “I’m not supposed to do this, but I’ll see what I can do.” She called back a little later and said she managed to find time and made it! And added some extra decorations too! My brother went to pick it up the next morning and when he brought it home I was SO impressed! I wish I could post a pic here. She did red & blue dots all along the border and had the cookie crumbles! I used to work at Dairy Queen as a teenager, so knowing the effort she had to put into it, just absolutely melted my heart! I didn’t get her name, but I’m planning on finding out to tip her. SO grateful she saved the day!!!”

She asked where did I purchased and she mentioned that Kay brought out that jeweler and she could look to see if I had a warranty on the ring. Sure enough it had a warranty. He came out the same day I called and had the new softener installed in just a few days. As someone who's always been on city water before, having a well and a water softener are new to me. He patiently and thoroughly educated me on not just my softener but also how my whole system worked, from the well pump to the holding tank to the softener itself. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me the knowledge to do routine maintenance tasks myself instead of needing to call him to take care of them.
