“I love this company, but the time it takes to get orders lately is crazy. This is my 3rd issue with the company. I ordered on October 27 and it is December 10th and nothing. What is going on? I would be happy if someone just said: “Hey, we are busy, expect 2 months for shipment.” That would be fine! At least I know ahead of time. I love their stuff here but it’s impossible now to get things in a reasonable amount of time. My suggestion is just to communicate better since your products are amazing. Thank you for your work for the Church. Update: they have really done such an improvement. I called to have an order for my mom’s birthday, and they made it happen. There were a lot of employees if you need them (I didn’t need them because I knew exactly what I needed and the general area of where they were located.) What impressed me was the cashier who looked to be in high school or around that age working a summer job. I had some half inch screws and he knew how to ring them up right away. Sometimes these types of things can screw up a cashier, especially an inexperienced one. I like this place but you’re going to pay hardware store prices.”
