“Sunday after Christmas took a nostalgic campus tour. It was great, no one was around and I could just stroll about. Started counting new buildings, that have appeared since my days on campus and decided it was easier to count the one that I knew, that were still there. Even my old dorm was gone! South Hall, my speech and theatre homebase was renamed. But get this, the Bursar's building was gone too, if they would have asked I would have helped tear that one down. The advancements in technology and convenience that have amassed since I graduate in 1985 really changed the place. Proud to be a Falcon!!!!!!!!”

“Brand new campus location: When I took a class in the fall of 2019, the wireless wifi was VERY slow to the point where it isn’t worth counting on for serious tasks. Facility is very clean and can get overcrowded during the day if you like your personal space to study. I found the student demographic to be very young.”

“Great education facility, and great adult ed program. Hugely improved from what it was ten years ago when I went for welding. David Guinn, the adult ed department head, is a man who really cares about the school and the students. If you sign up for the advanced manufacturing technology adult ed course, you will get a lot of great hands on experience, as well as a complete knowledge base. A piece of advice about the advanced manufacturing technology instructors: let Steve Abner do most of the teaching you receive, he is simply better at teaching. The other instructor, who co-teaches the course alongside him, Jeff, has his moments where he can really shine, but don't let him push you around and mess with you too much. My experience with Jeff has been mostly him telling stories about all the places he has traveled to and worked at, and telling me to "figure it out" and not actually helping or explaining things, or teaching, whenever I asked him for help or to explain something, and micromanages you. You might as well be learning without an instructor if Jeff is involved, because you are not being taught, anyway. Don't let him push you around, and turn to Steve for help and instruction.”

The knowledge they received there as graduates has resulted in both of them owning and operating very successful businesses. Most of all, they we're loved and cared about by friends and staff alike. I had reservations at first but it was the best place they could have gone and now the university has grown by leaps and bounds. They both received encouragement and support throughout their time there over all. Most of all they we're encouraged in their walk with the Lord and are young men seeking after Jesus and doing their best to live for Him and care for their families while serving others and giving back to their communities in many ways.
