“My seven-year-old daughter and I started coming here about eight months ago, because I wanted her to learn the basics of self-defense, and I was looking for a good mother-daughter activity for us to do together. At first I was nervous because I thought I'd be the only parent in class, but to my pleasant surprise, I found that this Academy encourages families to practice together, and a handful of other parents welcomed me and my daughter together. The instructors are all encouraging, even as they stretch students to push through self-imposed limits and reach new levels of fitness and confidence. While we've both received the self-defense training I was looking for, we also got something more: a friendly and supportive community that cheers us on as we become stronger together. I wholeheartedly recommend for the whole family!”

“Sunday afternoon we found a notice informing us our road would be closed Monday and Tuesday for surface maintenance on the road. The clincher, with less than a 24 hours notice, I had a medical appointment and we had a contractor scheduled for finish work. Also, instructions were to park on a side street. Our side street would have been Plain City-Georgesville Road. At noon on Monday there were no crews working on the road. To get to the point I contacted the County Engineers office. My thanks to Mr Hutson for quickly looking into the issue and returning my call with an update and time frame for the work. We appreciate his efforts.”

“Rob got back to me quickly and accessed the damage to my roof, which was causing a serious leak in my kitchen. Within a couple of days, he was back with his team to do the job, which turned out to be much more extensive, once they had removed siding and shingles! “This is one of the prettiest Catholic Churches I have ever seen. Built in 1857 out of sandstone quarried at local quarries in Grafton. It is a monument to the stone carvers art. It even has prominent buttresses to reinforce the walls. It is on the national register of historic places. The copper dome is visible from a distance and is gorgeous. The parish office has the same sandstone.”
