If she can't get that, she should at least get a .75 cent or a $1.00 raise on her pay check. This employee's name is Lisa Marie King. She's been working there at the Duchess Shoppe for 7 years and just now making a little bit over $10 an hour. So please, if the company valve there business, and want to keep their employees and have both shifts running again. Give your employees a raise either every 6 months or every year.”
