I would be happy if someone just said: “Hey, we are busy, expect 2 months for shipment.” That would be fine! At least I know ahead of time. I love their stuff here but it’s impossible now to get things in a reasonable amount of time. My suggestion is just to communicate better since your products are amazing. Thank you for your work for the Church. Update: they have really done such an improvement. I called to have an order for my mom’s birthday, and they made it happen.
