They either give the car a "clean bill of health" or when they DO find things, it's always reasonable maintenance recommendations and never budget breaking items that seem to come from left field. “I lived here for 3 years, and I have been calling this place home since 2019. Friendly staff, and very helpful. They really care about their residents and their apartments. If anything wrong happened in the apartment or needed to be fixed, I submit an online maintenance request and it only takes them 3 days max to come and take care of it. They do a maintenance check up twice a year. They’re also involved with their residents by hosting appropriations events, as well as hanging gifts on our doors in the halloween or Christmas. I had a great memories here with my family.”
