Lucky Star Casino - Concho

I went in to get a brake inspection and I was in and out within the hour. I didn't get charged for the brake inspection. The staff and crew that assisted me were very courteous, friendly and attentive to me and everyone there waiting for their vehicles. I will be going back when it's time to service my brakes.

They provide exceptional excellent service. We drive in and the folks selflessly provide help. I attempted to pay for flat tire repair, tire rotations and a few other services - IT WAS COMPLIMENTARY. At this day and age, these folks - Jay- in particular provide service without the monetary model in perspective.

I had to get 4 new tires put on my car. They got me in and out very fast. Tony and his staff were very friendly. They just need better chairs while you are waiting. They are hard plastic.

I have been going to this Casino for years. I like the variety of machines and the large building. Wish they would open the little snack bar back up. The water in the restrooms on the South side by the cashiers is super hot. Like hot enough they could be sued if someone is scalded. Not sure why they don't turn the cold up or the hot down.

This casino offers a nice selection of slot machines. Their machines don’t seem to be as tight as most other casinos. We had a blast and will definitely be coming back.
Update: They finally opened the blackjack tables up again. I love this place!!!

Not a bad place there's worse and there is better extremely crowded and Smokey but the staff was friendly and professional

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank goodness I stopped to have a leaky valve stem looked at... I was about to have three blowouts on my horse trailer. Thanks to their warranty and new and improved tires I am replacing all four of my horse trailer tires for safer ones and peace of mind!
