Really great staff!! Very thorough during our initial consultation and are prompt with your appointment time. My daughter is a new patient but so far we are happy with the overall experience.

Great orthodontics with some room for improvement. #1. Closed on Fridays. This means emergencies get handled on Monday or you have an option to drive to Norman which is way inconvenient. #2. No business practice to have one floating employee to handle walk-in mouth hardware failures like broken brackets or poking wires. This seems easily resolved by not over scheduling or by having one employee available to meet these needs. Orthodontic services are not cheap and I feel that they focus on schedule too much. A business can sometimes forget that there is a customer service piece that contributes immensely.

Dr Streight is Great! Very personable and does what he can to make things right. Some of his staff is questionable and actually downright rude especially to teenagers. I recommend going in with your teen even if they say they can come alone.

Clean comfortable office, with great staff. We’ve had great results with my daughter’s underbite and teeth straightening. It’s been amazing to see the transformation in the last year and a half. They always make my daughter feel comfortable and the swag bag they gave her when she started really helped to get her excited about getting braces. I highly recommend the Craig & Streight practice.

We have almost completed my daughter’s teeth straightening journey and I have to say this was a wonderful place to go to. They are fast and so friendly. It’s a big operation there but it is streamlined so you’re in and out. I highly recommend them!
