The office staff was very nice and accommodating. She even even gave us a break on our bill! -

(September 17, 2021, 5:28 pm)Fantastic experience with Brett and the crew, while purchasing a 2005 Fifth Wheel that was a trade-in . I bought the unit "as is" . They said they would make sure everything worked, before they Delivered it to me. They went above and beyond , because during their process getting it ready for delivery, they found many issues . They replaced faucets, lights, fixed A/C , Refrigerator, and other inoperable items that were in the unit. They made sure everything was working as promised, and did not increase the price that was agreed upon. They even were able to offer me an insurance program , that covered everything in this older unit for the next two years , if anything that was working at this time, failed later. They took time to make sure all my questions about the unit were answered before , and most importantly after the sale and delivery. I have already recommended them to others, in the market for units. In my opinion , if they have what you want, buy from these guys. If they don't , I'm sure they can get it. Thank you Brett and Crew for the refreshing Business Integrity.

Brett was patient and available ay all times during the process despite my (rather extensive) list of questions. I’m glad we went with them and we will recommend to all of our RVing friends!
