(December 30, 2020, 6:43 am)They are very strick about what you can put in your yard and about the length of the grass. There is a monthly pet fee along with your lot rent. I have lived here for 13 years now. Welcome home is well kept due to their strick rules.

(August 19, 2019, 8:10 am)My friend stays here, and they are actually very nice trailer homes. They weren't all trashy like some of the ones I've been to. So yeah it's a cool pretty nice place to live I would expect.
