Public Storage

I am a new customer to Public Storage and my selection of this location instead of others in the area was because of the outstanding customer service that Mariea provided during my two visits to the office. She is extremely friendly and very very helpful in making sure you are taken care of. This particular location is very well kept, which is an added benefit to the great customer service. Ron is always going above and beyond for me. & as a single mom here with no family or any kind of support, it means a lot when people do the smallest things to help out. Rather he’s simply asking how I’m doing, joking with my little guy ( he’s 4 ), helping me with something or just understanding when financially things are tight. Super super sweet. Never had a problem in the year almost I’ve had my stuff stored there. No bugs, no break ins, no weird fees, no flood issues.. etc. The units inside are temp controlled and keep my stuff not too hot and not too cold. Easy access & super clean. Highly recommend this property!

These guys are customer service focused first and foremost. I came in not sure what size storage unit I would need and the manager helped me out tremendously and hooked me up with a great spot to quickly load and unload.
The unit are clean and spacious.

I would recommend Storage Oklahoma ten times over.
