Fit-Werks is my happy place. If you want to feel empowered and strong, challenged and pushed then this is your place. The workouts are quick, 30 minutes, and are high intensity. They incorporate weights and lots of cardio. It is an all over body workout. The trainers are full of energy, knowledge, and encouragement. You will feel loved and stronger when you leave. I started going to Fitwerks with my mom a few months ago and I’m so glad I did. The workouts are not only fun but challenging and each day it’s something new so you don’t get bored! Plus if you miss a few days the trainers go out of their way to check on you. Plus it’s great for anyone at any level of fitness.
