We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament and the spacious room and kitchenette was so nice to have after the games. We were able to prepare the players a pasta dinner and serve it in the dining area of the lobby. The staff was so gracious and quickly emptied the trash when they were full. The beds were comfy and the towels nice and thick. The pool is a little small but the kiddos didn't care! Would definitely stay here again, especially if we go to Kings Island for a few days.

We had an excellent stay for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean, and accommodated our family well. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning. The hotel is close to restaurants and there is so many to choose from. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is the pool is too cold. Our kids enjoy swimming but the with the water being so cold they couldn’t enjoy it. I mentioned it to the front desk but the temp didn’t seem to change over the next few days

I stayed at this hotel for nearly 3 weeks. The stay was very comfortable. Even though the place is going full front desk staff Angela and the interns make sure that every request big or small is taken care of immediately. Absolutely commendable. The general manager of the property Cindy, is amazing, she is so hands on. We are new to the country and needed help on apartment search, veg food, pointers for furniture places, rescheduling our hotel stay and so many other things and she addressed them all with a smile. Their kitchen staff too makes sure that refills happen on time and guest needs are taken care of. The entire staff at the hotel is friendly and works as a team. There is always a good spread at breakfast. Although I wish there were are some healthy vegetarian options. Would definitely come back if I am in the area. Thank you Cindy and the entire team for a pleasant and memorable stay!

The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. We have had a very nice stay despite being here due to a death in the family. The staff were all considerate and I felt cared for. We always stay at a Hilton family hotel if we can and this is another example of why they have such a great reputation.

This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend for business, group, and personal stays. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is very well maintained. The entire staff were super courteous and I enjoyed my multiple night stay to the point that I knew the front desk staff by name (has never happened in my other business travels). Would not consider any other hotel in that market.

Dr. Goracke is awesome, the staff is so nice & very helpful

S Dean Brown truly cares about his patients. His goal is to make me live as long as possible.. His nurse Rhonda is great and very helpful.

Dr. Lisle and Dr. Goracke are the best! My family will definitely be seeing them for generations to come!

We see Dr. Russell Ingram; he is a wonderful, intelligent, compassionate Doctor. Our entire family (14) uses him. From infant to Seniors! The staff is AMAZING, we have had X-Rays, lab work, ( ONE STICK PROFESSIONALS) shots, broken bones, concussions, stitches, etc. Easy to get an appointment, and from check-in to check -out even billing we have been pleased. They were Gilbert Medical Center before THP so in total years with this clinic; we have been there since 1989! We started with Dr. Spence❣He retired and moved to Dr. Ingram❣Very knowledgeable professionals!

Dr. Rothwell is a fantastic. He will not put a bandaid on your ailment and send you off. He looks for what is creating your symptoms, finds the problem/s, and treats the cause. His staff is friendly and helpful. Jessica, is fantastic. She tries her best to get you an appointment that that will with your schedule. The new building is so nice. Love going into a clean environment.
