Found what I came for. I understand with Covid, but I really wished they'd open the fitting room by womans. Walking from one end of the store to the other (a couple of times) and then the lines to wait, it would be more convenient. Other than that, everything went great. Masks on and hand sanitizer to use.

I was looking for a new purse, and found a pretty one. This store seems to have things I'm looking to buy.
*Now that they're not JCPENNEY anymore, I can't find clothes that I like or linens. Kitchen Aid is outrageously priced. Sad about Penny's!

Very friendly welcoming at the door 🚪 even in this cold 🥶 weather we are having.. found the shirt 👕 I was looking for, went to pay. The nice lady 👩 found me a great discount on the app and saved me a few dollars 💵 😀. The ladies of JC Penneys rock

Love their protrait studio! They have taken my 18 month olds picture 4 times. They have a great Groupon we always use, and if you buy all the digital pictures you get a 50$ gift card to come back! This is how we did my daughter's pictures for Xmas cards and her one year pictures. They even let us use the card a month late so it was on her b-day. (I confirmed this with management before hand.) Easy to work with and photographers are great with babies.
