I have a storage there. It's always clean. The people in the office are very nice

The staff is wonderful. Customer service at its finest. They made everything easy and hassle free, had a truck available for me at the last minute, and just the sweetest people ever! They made me feel as if they knew me and were willing to do whatever was needed to take care of us!!!

The customer service at Storage R Us is amazing and refreshing! I was greeted with a smile and both the employees were so friendly and helpful. They really care about their customers. I walked out with a smile and impressed that really good customer service can still be found these days. And, the price was the least expensive of any storage facility on this side of town. I highly recommend this business.

In a time when businesses appear to not care about their customers, the customer service I have received from this Storage R Us has been exceptional! I have been up, and I have been down, and they have worked with me during each down time. The facilities are top notch too. It’s a really good place to do business.
