Going on almost 3 years here and we love it. Quiet, office staff is amazing, and the property is clean and well kept. We plan on living here a long time and love being here. The only thing I would change is a porch light 😉 but otherwise love it.

I’ve enjoyed living here for the last 5 years. There is very little office turnover so you’re able to establish a relationship. The grounds are kept up and maintained, the Maintenance staff is outstanding. They are courteous, respectful and professional. The office manager is a person of their word. My lease is coming up for renewal and I won’t think twice about renewing it.

Property manager was extremely helpful with our late move in. Grounds are clean, buildings are maintained. Apartment was clean, some appliances show their age- but all work. Had 1 maintenance issue which was resolved in a timely manner. So far, a positive experience.
