I have to say that I had the most exceptional experience at Mattress Firm today while purchasing a mattress unit. The customer service was phenomenal Christian my sales representative knew his business. There was not a question that I asked he did not give me his honest answer to… hands down he knows his work. Mattress Firm should feel pleased to know that they have a great asset to there company. Thank you for your great customer service I wish more businesses offered this service to their customers.

it was a wonderful customer experience. Walked in knew exactly what we wanted and the sales person was very accommodating and didn’t try to upsell us to something we didn’t need. I was afraid to walk into a mattress store because I was afraid I would be attacked by aggressive salespeople and a hard sell. My experience was anything but. Sean asked questions and was very informative about the product. Pricing and financing options were very clear and straightforward. I got my dream mattress and couldn't be happier!
