100% satisfied. I broke my windshield on Sunday afternoon. Called any place that said they were open but no one answered. Then called Five Star and they answered and the gentleman was very nice. Quoted me an amazing price compared to other online quotes I received and was cheap to have him come out to my home in riverside. He came out early afternoon on Monday and was done within an hour. Last Tuesday I noticed a crack in my windshield after going to the car wash. The crack was smaller than a dime and I remembered one of the first times I used Groupon was for a similar repair. I called this business to get it out of the way before it spread. He came to my job, with his tools, and on a 15 min break, he was able to repair my chipped windshield. The price was reasonable and it's been a week with no issues. I've used Safelite before as well as other smaller companies. Definitely give them a try.
