Very nicely kept small park. It has small playground and benches. A sidewalk runs along the street and another sidewalk winds along the back of the park. On the north side is a skatepark. This park does have some minor problems. No parking is available. The use I think is for numerous apartments within walking distance. The playground is I think too close to the street and behind the park is a train track. When the train passes it can be loud. Overall this park is good.
