You have been very responsive it has been a stressful period especially having to deal with cleaning up a huge disaster the last managers left. You were constantly communicating with us to try and resolve the issues and major repairs we had in our apartment. We would like to thank you both sincerely in helping us.

You have been very responsive and communicated with an awesome positive attitude as we know you came into these apartments with little to nothing to work with to fix a ton of  unlivable apartments.

These apartments were getting very bad from the last managers not doing the upkeep of everything and letting people tear this place up and trash everything. You’ve cleaned this place up majorly and it’s noticeable. Keep your head up and don’t get discouraged you’re the only one who has what it takes to turn this place around!

Last but not least, the maintenance guy’s (Virgil & Eric) are the best we’ve ever saw. Those guy’s come in and get the job done. We see them going back and fourth all day working hard and when they do the job they do it the right way with quick response and a positive attitude!

I loved my tour here. Really nice employees! The tour was fast and simple. The response time when trying to set up the tour was perfect. We got our tour date set up in a day and the tour date was within a few days (first next day off). Really loved the tour here! So excited to move forward with these apartments!

Since they have hired new staff in the office it has improved tremendously, any issue that you have you can count on them to take care of it. Would recommend it to anybody looking for an apt. The floor plans are large and quite cozy.
