“After a basal cell carcinoma decided to set up residence smack dab in the middle of my bald spot..., I elected to have a divot of skin sliced out of my noggin via mohs procedure. The surgery wasn't even 2 weeks ago and I can't believe how it looks. No more gross cancer spot that made people say, "Dude! That thing looks angry! Get it checked out!" Unless you were standing right behind me staring at my head (please don't, that would be weird!), you'd never know I had about a half-dollar sized chunk of skin removed. It's amazing and I'm impressed. Truth be told: for a nanosecond, I contemplated giving only 4 stars because they weren't willing to remove my entire bald spot and take up the slack with a gentle face lift... ;) However, everyone was friendly, it was an expeditious process, and the results really speak to the exemplary service by everyone there. “They have the most friendliest crew.The doctor takes his time and goes over anything you are concerned with and makes sure your comfortable with your visit.This location is a thousand times better then the location on Main.I had a horrible experience at that location the doctor seem like she was late for a hot date!! She didn’t even explain nor go over the care plan.Wish they could duplicate the staff and doctor to improve the care for the Main location.Anyhow the Tecumseh location rocks!! “Nothing but praises!! Dr. Christensen is great and his office staff members are wonderful, pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient, fun, and a lot of other positive adjectives. After searching for a cause and relief from a headache that lasted 7+ years, Dr. Christensen identified the source of the headache the first time my husband was seen and coordinated with our insurance for an injection to relieve the pressure in the neck that same day. First injection provided 35-40% relief; second injection provided an additional 35-40% relief for an overall 70-80% relief. He has had the third injection and am anticipating further relief. In the meantime, he has suffered from low back pain for an even longer period of time, closer to 12 years, and could only shuffle to walk due to the pain. With the first injection, the shuffling walk only occurred when very tired. Also, the pain is at least 25% better. Looking forward to continuing treatment for more and better relief.”
