Brought in a watch today to have it fitted to my wrist. Robert very kindly pointed out that the manufacturer had made it easily adjustable and the links could easily “snap” off, no adjustment needed. I felt silly but Robert was courteous and professional, and removed them from the watch and matching bracelet that came with it, free of charge. He even bagged the links up for me upon leaving. Robert could have easily sold me a watch adjustment and I would be none the wiser, but he chose to be honest and helpful instead. I will certainly be pointing people in his direction in the future, this is an important quality in the industry and Robert deserves to be acknowledged for this patience and trustworthiness.

The diamond fell out of my ring at work one day. I actually found the diamond on the floor.

I brought the ring and diamond here. They reset the diamond, sized the ring down, and cleaned it up to the point it looked BETTER than the day I bought it.

After moving from out of state and not knowing where to go I found Journey Jewelers and Reapair online and decided to give a try after reading all the reviews. I was not disappointed, so glad I took my wedding ring to get repaired after not having it for two years it looks as good or better than when I got it 15 years ago! They also repaired for 600-800 less than previous quote's I received! Thank you so much!!
