The few dealings I've had with Todd have been pleasant as well he backed us up when we needed it. Great place to get any kind of insurance one or a family would need.

(September 10, 2018, 8:38 pm)I am a current customer, and have tried to contact someone here for the last week to ask a few questions about how my policy transferred from a different state. I have sent multiple emails to some of the employees and called, and it seems I can't get a response which is quite frustrating. It also seems that the premiums are quite high compared to other companies. However, the process for getting the insurance initially went smoothly, hence the 3 stars. Update: Drew Arnold reached out to me after my previous review and immediately helped answer the couple questions I had. I appreciate the effort this group made to improve my frustrations and respond to my concerns!
