    I needed to sell my house in Moore. I called 18002sellhomes and had them come out first. I called 181CloseNow a few days later and it was a MUCH better experience. They made selling my house fast and easy. They bought my house as-is so I didn’t have to make any repairs. What really made the process of selling my home fast and easy was how willing the staff was to keep me well informed every step of the way. If I had any questions or concerns they made sure I was taken care of. I’ve sold houses in OKC before but they made selling my house in Moore a real pleasure!     Their experience really shows. They were fast to call me back and to come out to look at the house and make me an offer but what really surprised me is how well they were able to explain everything to me. I’ve never sold a house before and they made it seem like it couldn’t be simpler. They really know what they’re doing and their experience shows every step of the way.     I called several investors before I decided to sell my house to 181-Close-Now. They took me seriously, got back to me quickly and explained the process to me in detail. They have a lot of experience and you can easily tell the difference between them and the fly-by-nights. One of the things that really stood out to me was that they truly believe their clients are family. They really cared about our needs and went above and beyond to make the entire process of selling our house fast, easy and stress free. They even closed 2 weeks early! Even if they hadn’t had the best offer, which they did, I probably still would have gone with them because no one else had the experience or expertise that their staff had. Great experience and highly recommended!

    I'm so glad I called 181-Close-Now to sell my house! They came out and made me an offer quickly and I didn't even have to pay closing costs! They kept me in the loop and called me to let me know how things were going. When it came time to close it was super easy. The entire closing took less than 5 minutes! I've sold houses before but I've never sold a house that fast or that easy! Thanks for all the help!
