Cashiers ask if you'd like to round your purchase off to a particular sum and donate some or all of your change due to charity. I somehow or other missed something when I agreed to donate the nearly $4 I donated. It is mostly my fault I gave $4 with it not being a good time for me to donate this amount, however, I feel as though Goodwill owns some of the accountability as well. I feel when they offer customers to donate they should say the amount you'd be donating so the amount is clear to the customer. I rated 4 stars instead of 3 because the store is awesome and I did not ask to see if the difference I initially did not realize I donated to be refunded was an option.”
