“I'm not a good writer but here goes. We put my Golden down last November at Ranchwood. I got a new pup a month later but wanted to wait a little bit before going back to Ranchwood because i was tore up over my Golden. I tried another popular local vet. New pup was shaking his head, scratching his ears and they stunk. Took him to the other vet. They took a quick look at his ears and said they were fine. Gave me some flush and sent us home. After 3 weeks with little improvement i took him to Ranchwood. They swabbed both ears and checked for infection. He had ear infections. After only one day on antibiotics he is doing much better. They are awesome at Ranchwood. Great people that care and will take the time to do it right.”
