We absolutely love Dr McCracken and all his staff. We've been going there since we got "pawned off" on them when he left milestones and opened his own office. And I am SO glad.
We have always got in to be seen when needed, never had a long wait or felt rushed.
We have two kids with autism, one severe. Everyone there is absolutely fantastic with them. They know my kids by name.
He even talked the time to "check out" my autistic son when the others have an appt. Just because Garrison loves doctor tools!
Always patient and explaining anything we need to know. He definitely takes time to listen even when my idea sounds nuts lol.
We've seen the other doctors a few times and they are great too! But the office ladies know my son likes to see Dr McCracken and always try to get him into see him if they can.
My daughter has been going her to see Melissa for about a year. Always professional and caring in clinic and Melissa is a great doctor and listens and interacts so well with my daughter. Today i even came in during lunchtime and Ashley was amazing to help handle an issue i have been having from outside the doctors office. Her and Melissa worked together and got it handled so efficiently i am still shocked! Would refer anyone that wants awesome all around care to take their kids here!!!
