So if you do go you better not have any other plans afterwards because you will be late but they will do everything and anything humanly possible for you. I do love how old school the doctor is. I watched them talk to another family and personally take time out of their schedule to comfort them and keep them at ease. They do this with my family also but it's nice to see that they do this with everyone. I love the patio area and music to enjoy the outdoors with all the residents. I receive weekly updates with COVID information for the facility and our loved ones. “Arbor Village has the most caring, attentive, patient staff. My Mom was there for a few short months but I was so happy with the loving care she received. I've been in a lot of nursing homes due to the work I was involved in and the staff in this place is the best. I never heard a cross or impatient word from the staff. The nurses answered my questions, they called me when they were concerned and they returned my calls promptly when I left messages. The doctors and nurses, and counseling and therapists, are all so nice and very caring. Spring Creek, as well, is also very excellent, and they are wonderful to their patients. I would say they both are of the best in the state for mental health care services.”
