My mom has such limited movement due to titanium rods and pins in her back and neck and I was convinced that further manipulation of the areas would cause more pain. Via the zyto electronic hand connection its possible to screen what is occurring in the body directly; talk about , understand whats going on and then a print out follows. Food allergies are also screened ;a suggested diet given. All of this to help the immune system deal with the real issues that arrive with aging. Taking charge of the physical self produces a happy sense of relief as I realize I have the power to fell well. I am responsible for my wellness! Who knew! “A nice quiet area on the outskirts of Chickasha. We slept very well here. No noise all night long. Didn't look overwhelmingly busy either. The whole establishment smells new so either it's fairly new or it got a serious facelift at some recent point. Carpets in the rooms show a bit of wear. The rooms are an almost septic white but you get used to that. The front desk clerk was VERY helpful. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make us have a good stay. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned more than the minimum but not a deal breaker. Breakfast wasn't really my speed. Too many sugary items for my taste, but kids liked it pretty good.”

This gym has workout classes you can take like yoga, strength training, and kickboxing. I absolutely love the Muscle Mix class taught by Sandy, who is an excellent instructor and keeps me coming back. The price for membership is very budget-friendly and affordable. It's very clean and well taken care of. You can't go wrong with getting a membership at this gym. I highly recommend!!”
