Physical Therapy Central

I'll summarize to begin. If you need PT and live in this area, PTC is the place to be!

After nearly 9 months of exposure, I can confidently say I will be a forever user (hopefully not really) of Physical Therapy Central. The bedside manor/customer service is the best of the best. The team is on point whether it's dealing with insurance, communicating with physicians, or just scheduling or changing appointments. They use a terrific text message reminder system that helped me a lot.

I've been treated by at least 5 different therapists at the Newcastle location. Given my injury, I was tentative about rotating who did my treatments. The concern turned out to be silly and unwarranted. They all bring their "A Game", and they all know their job well. It doesn't matter which version of their crew is on duty, count on constant and customized attention until you walk out the door.

My progress has been slow but steady. Without access to this PT team, I would be much worse off mentally just due to the psychiatric wear and tear of being off and hurting for over 9 months. When they ask how you're doing, they really want to know. You can't hide a bad day from them. In my opinion, this is where the PTC team really shines. They find ways to help patients scratch out a little victory every day.

The parking lot is wide open and well kept. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. They keep the restrooms spotless. The main treatment room is supplied with modern and well-maintained equipment and machines of all shapes and sizes, as well as many sturdy treatment beds. This facility has individual treatment rooms available for the shy patients, and a nice curtain system around several of the beds. With RONA being a constant concern these days, the team walks around sanitizing used equipment all the time.

I strongly recommend this business without reservation.

I have been a patient for many years. PTC has been a game changer for my overall health, especially for my chronic headaches. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the girls at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. You will not find a better place to help you get you back to work and play. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Central.

Absolutely love this place. It has been my second home for the past few months. Everyone is so welcoming. They have helped me recover from a shattered knee and now a shattered elbow! Mikaela and Lauryn are the sweetest and have slowly become my besties. Best girls to have at the front desk! ☺️

I have had the best experience here! EVERYONE is GREAT, friendly, helpful and they CARE! I would not go anywhere else. I recommend this place above all others. I know several ppl that come here too and Iv gotten their feedback with the same experiences Iv had!

The Newcastle, Ok is truly awesome. The people are so encouraging not just of their patients, but of each other as well. Nicest and most caring staff around, and will know your name is no time. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing PT.
