  Dr . Jones and staff (autumn & Mary) was the best from the time I called to make an appointment to the time I walked out. Could not ask for a more knowledgeable and friendly crew. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. They take the time to explain and work with you. Thank you so much. Yall are the best

  Dr. Brandon and the staff at Custom Dental of Newcastle are absolutely wonderful! My daughter and I both love it here! How many people can say that about their dentist? The office staff is so friendly and Dr. Brandon is very personable and is excellent in letting you know exactly what is about to be done, which helps with any anxiety or fears. His staff is so friendly and they treat you like family. Hands down the best Dentist office in Oklahoma!

  I have always been afraid to go to the dentist. I have high anxiety just knowing I have a cleaning scheduled. Dr Jones and his staff go above and beyond to help ease my fears. He explains everything he does before he does it. The staff help to ease my fears as well. The rinse water is not cold. That is a wonderful thing if you have overly sensitive teeth. The office smells clean and looks clean. The music is encouraging and soothing. Dr Jones and his staff always look nice. Their uniforms are clean and not wrinkled. I am still anxious and afraid, but they understand that and help me rather than belittle me like some have done before and I appreciate that!! They respect me and my fears and that is very important to me.

  I had a tooth break and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Jones was very friendly and took time to explain the procedure with me. Every staff member I met was friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I only went for an emergency procedure, but I believe I have found my new long-term dentist. I highly recommend this office.

  They are hands-down the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! It’s always so uplifting the staff is always so friendly! Sometimes I call up there just to hear a friendly voice and see how they’re doing! I’ve been there in mornings afternoons evenings no matter the time of day or no matter what day it is there’s always such an uplifting attitude and atmosphere it’s very positive it’s very encouraging I have referred several people friends and family to dinner office I even told my girls they need to go up there just to visit so they can work on their customer service skills in their own jobs. Overall they take their time with their patients they explain everything in depth they make you feel like you’re one of the family not just a patient love this office!!
