Awesome place
I was looking for the perfect Mother’s Day gift for the War Dep’t (my bride) and believed that the most thoughtful and meaningful gift my kids could give their mom was...a vacuum cleaner!
She was of course delighted (actually she cried with laughter) and honestly she loved the machine. When my kids removed the unit from the box that it was carefully packed and shipped in there was a piece in the bottom, it was the handle on the attachment hose- I guess someone dropped the box or something during shipping.
I called and spoke to the owner, I offered to glue it back- we’d make due and I did this because it clearly wasn’t their fault, they did a wonderful job packing it. He was having none of it- he would ship a replacement immediately.
I have to say that I’m a huge fan of shopping with small businesses and these guys are first class. Reasonable prices, personal service and they back what they sell. He didn’t have to replace anything- wasn’t his fault but he did. Oh, and he threw in several extras at no charge too.
Why buy from a nameless, faceless big retailer when you can support an American small business that is the backbone of our country and who does everything right?
I would not hesitate to buy again, highly encourage others to reward these guys who do it right with their business.
There literally is nothing more one can expect than they deliver- and a touch of class added just because they want to.
