If you are looking to pursue aviation as a career or if you have an interest in flying recreationally, then I highly recommend that you attend Oklahoma Aviation. They have a wonderful team of highly professional Flight Instructors that are extremely dedicated in making sure that you reach your goals. I attended Oklahoma Aviation in order to obtain my Multi Engine Commercial Certificate in the DA42 NG and I must say that everyone should get a chance to fly this airplane. The maintenance personnel were far beyond satisfaction, leaving absolutely no issues with the airplane during my training. I would also like to give credit to the amazing staff that handles the administrative side of the team, for they always seemed to make the students a priority with their urgency in taking care of any concerns, especially for Veterans using the GI-Bill. I was recently purchasing an aircraft from Oklahoma Aviation. In the middle of the process, for personal reasons, I needed to back out of the deal. The aircraft itself was exceptional in every detail and in perfect working condition. The entire team was there for me both during the sale process and the canceling of the deal. I researched all the flight schools around this area, and chose Oklahoma Aviation. My reasons were mostly due to the professionalism showed by the staff (including the President when I stopped by the main office), the aircraft quality and availability, the organization of all staff, and how much they seemed to actually care and want to help. As a business owner, these are the simple things that I look for and it confirmed for me that I was investing in something that I knew was a well run company. Even the hangar it's located in is kept up well and has fun snacks. The whole operation is inviting, and I think I'll be able to get my private pilot's license very quickly. The price may (in the end) be a touch higher, but this is an instance where you get what you pay for.
