I’m sorry I cannot remember the technician’s name but I was very impressed with his work. He went above and beyond what I expected. He even knocked down webs from under the eaves. First time customer, right from the gate, very impressed with everyone we have communicated with. We had a in-house consult with John and everything was broken down, simplified and explained in detail of what was to happen, what to expect, and if we had any issues or concerns to contact them immediately. Very friendly and we were actually excited for the first treatment on our new home. We’ve had issues with spiders, crickets, you name it and we have issues with them. Dustin was the expert that came to our house and did a fabulous job. He explained exactly what he did, answered all my questions with patience and was very in-depth. I’ve been using ABBS Pest Control for a little over a year now. We originally had them come out to our new build for a Carpenter Ant problem, but have continued to use them on a quarterly basis to handle new spider, wasp and tick issues. Dustin has been our service provider at each appointment and always communicates well about when he’s coming out and what service is provided. If I’m home when he comes by, he’s always helpful in handling extra issues I bring up like helping quell spiders in the garage or devising a multi-step plan for making my wooded areas tick-free and safe for the kids.
