(primary care physician) this is it I'm not a fan of most Doctors but Dr.Kelly is one of the most genuine and caring Doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing! I would be more then happy to recommend this clinic to anyone.

He and his team are always warm and welcoming and treat us as if we were their family. Dr. Kelley makes sure that we understand everything before we left and gives us plenty of personal time to ask any questions. If anyone needs a doctor in the Choctaw area, go see Dr. Kelley!!!!
