The were very clear and thorough and precise concerning their respective positions. They were also upfront and honest with the prior test results, and with the procedures that were to be performed. The post-appointment and the pre-op phone calls were quickly received and instructions given that will make the process less confusing. Thanks, for all of your help!!!
