(August 31, 2022, 5:59 pm)The facility was very clean at all times. Rental was fast and easy, and the staff (Tabitha) was super helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone needing rental space! This is my go-to facility if I need storage space again!
(August 23, 2022, 5:03 pm)Great place. Clean, safe. Would be better if they had unique entrances and exits. The exit fence is chain locked which makes you back track through the facility and go through the entrance to get out. Could be easily fixed.
(June 1, 2022, 10:52 am)I was just looking for a low rate storage close to my home when I found Cross Timbers self storage, but over the past year I have found them to provide a high quality service at a competitive rate. The place is secure, clean and well maintained.
(May 19, 2022, 4:06 pm)This is a great storage facility!! It's away from busy day to day traffic. Very clean and well maintained. It was also super easy to rent a unit, easy to terminate my units when I was done, and outstanding customer service!! I had an issue with my credit card and Tabitha called me and let me know there was a problem. She was patient and kind as I got everything worked out. I def will recommended this place!!
