Pat lets me in when I lock myself out in my pjs.. Clean. Quiet.. Perfect location. Very nice people.

I spoke to Pat who is the property manager and she seems to be a very up front person.. Honest and to the point. Alot of people do not appreciate nor do they respect honesty or authority. But without rules this nation would fall apart. Rules are put in place to better something and help constructively make something safer and more comfortable of an environment for all. The people who do not appreciate or respect rules are the ones who will get mad about them and will not see the reasons behind them. There is a lot of evil in this world and some people are there to help the people of their community to avoid bad situations and live more comfortably. The landlord tenant Act was put in place for both the landlord and the tenant. And if they respect each other they should have no problem. Some people like a close-knit community and respect a manager who is there for them, some people appreciate a manager who will hold their mail such as FedEx, UPS or mail deliveries and personally deliver them to them so they will not be stolen off their property. Some people appreciate a manager who will tell other people not to let their dog poop in that person's yard. Some people appreciate a manager who will recognize methamphetamine use and make sure that person is out of that community. Safety is a very serious issue and people who do not like rules are usually the ones breaking them. I think this community would be a good safe community especially for elderly people or someone with a disability who appreciates management. For the others who want to party and not respect Neighbors peace and quiet hours, this is not for you.

Nice quiet and friendly place. If that is what you're after, I dare anyone to compare rates with anyone in town. I have been here for 3 months now and love it.
