They got me in very quickly and took care of my issue. I realized the next day that no one ever asked me what medications I was taking. Don’t get me wrong, I was very glad they slowed my heart rate down to normal quickly but I would think it was important to know what my medical history was at some point after. Would I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY!! My only concern was them not knowing my medical history.

I had a great experience today. I only got to talk with two people today but they were both wonderful. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and she had a great sense of humor. As other patients got there today she was just as friendly with them as she was with me. The woman that did my CT scan was very pleasant and professional also. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully I won't have the need to come back, but if the need arises I will definitely be back.

The service was quick, the staff friendly and mostly accommodating. My nurses were generally very helpful, compassionate and efficient. I saw 2 doctors that were efficient with my condition in which I had to stay overnight. The food choices were amazing being able to order from local restaurants if your condition allowed. Overall I was treated well while there and was comfortable and at ease.

I would say improvements are needed with follow up by hospital. I was referred to an outside specialist to follow up with my condition and was told by doctor my medical records would be transferred to the location, however the specialist said he never received my records so he had nothing to look at and just spoke to doctor. When I called hospital to ask about the records being transferred a few excuses were made instead of just saying “they dropped the ball on their part” But the issue was promptly resolved after that and I’m thankful I’m on the road to a healthy recovery.

I would also recommend to not let visitors use patient bathrooms because I had a bathroom emergency and was disappointed that other patient guests were in there for a lengthy time. So checking to see who is in the bathroom should be monitored better. When I did get into bathroom I was in there for 15 min and the nurse staff did not check on me, I thought that was odd because of the condition I had required supervision. But other than that, I would return there if needed because the staff was so friendly.

We came here because it was recommended by my sons school. He is 5 and had to get stitches under his chin. The nurses and doctor were all amazing! They somehow were able to keep him still long enough to put stitches in. They were also equally amazing when we had to get them removed. My 5 year old was NOT the most pleasant patient and they all showed a great deal of patience and were very kind to him, I appreciate that so much. We will definitely be using this place in the hopefully not so soon future! Thanks again!

I have had 2 wonderful experiences at this ER with 2 of my children. It is quick, clean, and the child’s room is full of toys, books, and wall art that puts your child at ease. Highly recommend for a trauma free ER experience for all of life’s scary moments with your child.
They have all imaging needed on site. The Imaging technicians are wonderful, helpful, and help you put your mind at ease.
