I love the new adult athlete class that James facilitates. For former athletes (and really anyone!), it's a nice mix of different, progressive movements. You can truly see how you're progressing each cycle. Being with my 180 family is definitely one of the highlights of my day. I highly recommend checking out a class and joining us long-term. You won't be disappointed.

I Love working out here with Umo so much, that I started bringing my son to train with James. He was 14 years old and I knew I could trust James to know exactly how to help him learn the proper way to work out and not get injured. My son is significantly stronger faster and has a lot more flexibility! It has been everything I expected and more!
