We had the privilege of having Branhan come out to service our home today! He is absolutely amazing! He was on time, conducted the service in a timely manner, very knowledgeable, asked questions and allowed us to bring up issues and concerns during his visit, and overall was very helpful and pleasant! Definitely 10/10 customer service! We were very impressed with Branhan ! We were with Romex while we were in another state and although the service got done, I don’t even remember the last guy and he didn’t go out of his way to truly make a connection. But Branhan went above and beyond with his customer service and really stood out! Thank you thank you thank you for your hard work and dedication to what you do Branhan! You are outstanding and made us love being with Romex even more!!

Branhan was very thorough with the treatment process. He explained what he was doing for treatment and asked what concerns we had. He was professional and upbeat. He called ahead and was on time. We were pleased with our service he provided. We would recommend Romex to others.

What a great company with great employees. Brent came out in 107 degree heat in Edmond and did an exemplary job. He was very helpful and was quick to answer all of my questions. My kids absolutely loved him. I recommend them to everybody.
