Edmond Regional Eye Associates: M. Andrew Hogue MD and Robert Gourley MD

On December 29, 2020 I walked into Dr. Bradley Daniels office thinking "all I have to do is make it through the eye exam". I avoided eye doctors at all cost. Honestly I didn't like them.

Dr. Daniels was different. He walked into the room smiled introduced himself and did everything he could to make eye contact and I did everything I could not too.(lol, sorry Dr. Daniels) but it's an eye exam and soon he saw why I didn't want to make eye contact. I have/had "alternating Exotropia" I'm more than positive he saw how uncomfortable I was, yet he push through my awkwardness and sat down in front of me....made eye contact and said I can help. I will help! I will find someone, I will call around and find them. He asked if I ever had surgery and my answer was no! He than asked why and I told him everything I had ever been told by eye doctors but the best one was when a eye doctor(I will not name) told parents and I that my exotropia was like a birth mark and I should try to embrace my eyes there was no need for surgery because I had good vision. No issues and therefore, there wasn't anything to do and its consider cosmetic
Well Dr.Daniels kept his word and found a doctor to do my surgery. On March 25 I had surgery. I found out that because I was preemie I had an underdeveloped muscle in my right eye that should gave been addressed years ago. But God has perfect timing! Thank you Dr. Daniels you're best!

Now there are 3 eye doctors at the clinic. I’ve been seen by all and all are knowledgeable, kind and listen to your questions. The office staff is also helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you understand. I’ve had cataract surgery done by Dr Hogue with excellent results. With the lens implants I’ve got perfect vision and don’t need glasses. Recently I had a change in my eye sight and Dr. Hogue zapped my eye with a laser. There is nothing to it. Over time the “sac”can get cloudy and this procedure takes away the cloudiness. Don’t think twice about going to see any of these doctors. They are all excellent!.

Amazing doctors and good staff

Dr. Hogue helped me through a very dark (literally) time. He was able to diagnose narrow angle glaucoma and save my sight. That was years ago, but recently Dr. Hogue did cataract surgery on both eyes. He is calm, understanding and very knowledgeable, but what I love the most is his kindness and honesty. I also appreciate that his office is pro mask. Thank you for keeping us safe.

Dr. Hogue is one of the best. Great surgeon and bedside manner. Highly recommend!!
