(January 13, 2021, 4:33 am)This week, Eisel roofing was here replacing our roof due to some previous hail damage. This amazing crew noticed that the roof on our dog house actually matched the original roof on our new home.
When the job was done, they rang our doorbell, gave us the rundown on the new roof, warranty, etc. then said: "also, we thought the dogs should live in style too, so their roof now matches yours!" We hadn't even noticed the color of the dog roof nor had we thought to replace it.
THAT is great customer service. Going that extra mile "just because"...
