“My Dad has been at Bradford Village for 10 years now. He’s been quite happy there and we’ve never had any problems or issues. The staff communicates well with me and I feel that they are taking good care of him. They are cheerful, happy and seem to enjoy their work. They have a nice back patio with a pretty view of a small park where young families and children play. It’s quite peaceful and relaxing to hang out there and visit. Dad likes Bingo night and visiting with new and old friends at the cafeteria. I believe the staff genuinely cares for their residents and are dedicated to making their remaining years as best as they can.”

“UPDATE: We received the most gracious phone call from the owner of the restaurant. She was profuse in her apology for the issue we had on our visit. It was clear from our conversation the distress and upset felt over our negative experience. She was exceptionally gracious, her passion for their business compelling. We have agreed to try their dining experience again. This appears to have been truly a fluke breakdown in service. Susan W. restores my faith in the pride of ownership, which is so lacking at many establishments. We are revising our initial rating from 1-star to 4-star based on the response to our issue. Once we revisit I am optimistic we will join the 5-star reviews. ORIGINAL: The wife and I were excited to finally get to go here for a special occasion. Arrived on time, seated at our table. In twenty minutes no wait staff stopped by table. No drink order taken, not even a brief hello and promise to be back soon. Nothing. Another table came in 15 minutes after us, in less than 2 minutes a waiter was taking their drink and appetizer order. The place was not overly busy when we arrived. The waiters walked past us at least a dozen times. Not a word, no eye contact, not even a glance our way. Our special night, not so special. We got and walked out at the 20 minutes mark of not even being acknowledged.”

We had a very unsafe experience at another daycare and were nervous about trying a new place, but Goddard quickly both those fears at ease. It was obvious very quickly that my son was in a safe place that promotes his well-being and development. He runs in the door every morning, because he is so excited to be there.
