I have nothing but awesome things to say about the ladies there. Where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe you were having a bad day or asking the wrong questions. I was misinformed about a motorcycle license, not from these ladies, someone else. I thought I knew was I was talking about, they were very patient with me helping me to understand where the issue was. They were not rude, quite the contrary, very patient. I can be rather impatient sometimes, so I feel bad about getting irritated with them. It wasn't them, it was me. Whenever I walk in, they always smile and make me feel like "family."

Denise is efficient, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used this tag agency for decades and appreciate her hard work and dedication to the job and her customers. A+ service.
