Nick @ Guaranteed Overhead Door answered my call ON A SUNDAY when I thought I would just have to leave a message — stunned he personally answered the phone on the weekend; very polite and friendly, even offered to come out but it wasn’t dire emergency so elected early Monday morning appt. Problem quickly diagnosed and repaired (new battery pack backup something or other 😂) and hallelujah, the infernal beeping stopped!!! 💥 will keep his/this business card on file for (gulp) any future problems, and without hesitation recommend this young man and his company for any kind of garage door replacement or repair. Called late in the evening yesterday and had my service completed by afternoon today. Nick was very nice and quickly determined our problem and then fixed it, all for only the service call. He also took the time to explain how to prevent it in the future with simple at-home maintenance.
