Very helpful. The AT&T store in Mt Sterling was a good experience for me, the gentleman was very nice and he resolved my issue within 10 minutes.

Shane, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient with me and wouldn't give up when Verizon was giving me the run-around. I HIGHLY recommend the Mount Sterling AT&T office and will always search for Shane-he is a huge asset to ATT!

I usually don't leave reviews, but after weeks of the run around on the phone regarding my services, I decided to go in the store. Finally after several phone conversations (while in store), one of the mount sterling loaction employees, James Copas, was not only able to resolve my issues, but he also saved me from paying $970! They crew and the manager here are great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Took care of my needs and helped me with picking the phone and watch that best suited me. Coming to this store to switch from Verizon was the best decision I’ve ever made! HIGHLY recommend the mount sterling location.
